My Fridge/Freezer has not been working since 6/8/12 despite two engineers visits. Initially only the fridge was faulty, now neither does the freezer. I have not had use of it for 12 days despite visiting your store in Crawley and being assured that an engineer will contact me soon. No one has and I have visitors coming Monday 20/8/12 for 2 weeks and I must have a Fridge/Freezer NOW. Either you replace it or repair it very soon. You as the retailer are responsible, not whoever you appoint as your agents for repair. This is my second attempt to send a review, last time it just blanked out when I sent it.By Admin, September 28, 2018
