  Be careful I hired 2 beam lifters from Gatwick, one of the spicks on the adapter was slightly bent, we should have taken photos, but we have hired from Surbiton and Croydon before and there has always been a slightly bent spike before so thought nothing of it. But the strange guy who picked it up seemed to be looking for some thing wrong and even moaned about a bit of sand on one of the beam lifters even though we brushed them down well. Then he seemed to want to find some kind of damage. He also wanted me to sign for damaged we did not do, I refused. We have been charged for damage to two adaptors now what a con, we have had no problems with other Brandons this just seem to be money making scheme by Gatwick. I have asked for the adaptors so I can get them analysed lets see if they give them to me seeing I have paid for them to be replaced. Be Aware photo everything. Eddie from Thames Builders
